Customer-Specific Assets

Customer-specific dashboards, reports, business logic, models, prompts, workflows, outputs, and configurations remain subject to the applicable customer agreement. Where applicable, the customer acts as the data controller or business and Unleash IQ acts as the data processor or service provider.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Customer Data

Unleash IQ solutions may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, natural-language processing, and forecasting to produce explanations, insights, alerts, scenarios, summaries, and recommendations.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Unleash IQ will not use customer data, prompts, outputs, workflows, business logic, reports, or configurations to:

Train or fine-tune shared AI models
Improve third-party foundation models
Create commercial synthetic datasets
Benchmark or commercialize AI models using customer-identifiable information
Convert customer-confidential knowledge into general commercial functionality in a way that discloses or misuses that information

Operational Metadata

Aggregated operational metadata that does not identify a customer, user, prompt, output, or confidential information may be used for reliability, security, capacity planning, billing, and platform administration.

7. AI Model Providers

Unleash IQ may use approved enterprise-grade AI providers. We apply commercially reasonable controls intended to ensure that customer information:

Is used only for the requested AI operation
Is not used to train shared models
Is not retained beyond applicable provider terms unless otherwise agreed
Is processed through approved enterprise, business, or private endpoints

Consumer AI Tools

We do not intentionally submit customer data to public consumer AI tools unless expressly authorized by the customer.
