1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about Unleash IQ, our decision-intelligence architecture, products, services, capabilities, research, insights, and business activities.

2. Separate Customer Agreements

These Terms apply only to the public Website. The purchase, subscription, implementation, configuration, or use of an Unleash IQ product or service is governed by the applicable written agreement.

3. Eligibility and Authority

By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms, are at least 18 years old, and, if acting for a company or organization, have authority to act for it. The Website is not intended for children.

4. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Website for lawful business, informational, and professional purposes. You may download or print reasonable portions of publicly available content for internal, non-commercial evaluation, provided that you:

• Retain all copyright and proprietary notices
• Do not misrepresent the source
• Do not use the content to create or promote a competing product or service

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Website to:

• Use Website content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve an AI or machine-learning model without written authorization
• Misuse Unleash IQ branding or suggest an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist
• Assist another person in carrying out prohibited activity

6. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Unleash IQ and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Protected materials include our name, logo, product names, trademarks, text, media, reports, methodologies, data models, software, interfaces, architecture diagrams, AI concepts, workflows, and other proprietary materials.

Except for the limited permission granted by these Terms, content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, distributed, displayed, licensed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization. Nothing grants an ownership interest or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

7. Trademarks

Unleash IQ names, logos, slogans, and visual identities are trademarks or brand assets of Unleash IQ or its affiliated entities. They may not be used without prior written approval in company or product names, domains, advertising, metadata, social-media accounts, search keywords, promotions, or materials suggesting sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

8. Website Content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and may be incomplete, outdated, erroneous, describe developing functionality, vary from a customer deployment, or change without notice.

Product descriptions, roadmaps, demonstrations, prototypes, forecasts, illustrations, and examples are not binding commitments to deliver any feature, result, timeline, or business outcome. A binding commitment arises only through a written agreement signed by authorized representatives.

9. No Professional Advice

Website content is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity, operational, or other professional advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice and independently evaluate information before making material decisions.

10. Decision Intelligence and AI Content

Descriptions, demonstrations, examples, and outputs involving AI, analytics, forecasting, scenario modeling, decision intelligence, or recommended actions illustrate possible capabilities and are not guaranteed, complete, error-free, or suitable for every context.

11. Demonstrations and Trial Materials

Demonstrations, prototypes, sample dashboards, proofs of concept, trial environments, or illustrative datasets may be subject to additional terms.

• They are provided for evaluation only
• Sample information may be fictional, anonymized, or simplified
• They may not represent production functionality
• Access may be limited or withdrawn
• Do not enter confidential, sensitive, regulated, or production data unless expressly agreed

12. Information You Submit

You are responsible for information submitted through the Website and confirm that it is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that doing so violates no confidentiality or legal obligation.

• Payment-card information or health information
• Government identifiers or sensitive personal information
• Customer production data or trade secrets
• Other confidential information not specifically requested

13. Feedback and Suggestions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, feedback is voluntary and non-confidential, no compensation is owed, and Unleash IQ may use it to evaluate or improve products, services, operations, or the Website. This does not grant Unleash IQ ownership of customer data, customer-confidential information, or separately protected intellectual property.

14. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. The Website may use cookies and similar technologies; where required, optional cookies may be managed through cookie settings or a consent tool.

15. Security

You must not compromise, test, bypass, or interfere with Website security without prior written authorization. Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@unleashiq.ai using “Security Inquiry” in the subject line, and do not publicly disclose an issue before we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.

Our Security & Trust page describes our general approach. Public security information creates no warranty or contractual commitment unless incorporated into a signed agreement.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Links to third-party websites, applications, content, or services are provided for convenience and do not necessarily indicate endorsement, control, verification, or acceptance of responsibility. Your use is governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies; Unleash IQ is not responsible for their availability, security, content, products, services, or data practices.

17. Availability and Changes

We may modify content, add or remove features, restrict access, suspend or discontinue the Website, or perform maintenance at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free availability and are not responsible for interruption caused by maintenance, providers, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, force majeure, or other technical conditions.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Unleash IQ disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties including accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and compatibility.

We do not warrant that the Website will meet your requirements, remain current or continuously available, be corrected immediately, be free of harmful components, or produce a particular business result. Nothing excludes a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unleash IQ and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost profit, revenue, savings, opportunity, goodwill, or data; or business interruption arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the Website.

The total aggregate liability arising from the public Website or these Terms will not exceed USD 100. These limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even where the possibility of loss was communicated, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unleash IQ, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful Website use, material breach, submitted information, infringement of another’s rights, or intentional interference with Website security. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from Unleash IQ’s unlawful conduct.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created a security or operational risk, may harm Unleash IQ or another party, suspension is required by law, or continued access is inappropriate. Intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, governing-law, and dispute provisions survive termination.

22. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Concerns

To report alleged infringement, email support@unleashiq.ai with your contact information, identification of the protected work and disputed material, an explanation, an accuracy statement, and evidence of ownership or authority. We may restrict disputed material while reviewing a valid notice.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, our business, technology, law, or operations. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Last Updated date and become effective when published unless stated otherwise. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

24. Governing Law

These Terms and related non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

25. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Before formal proceedings, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith written discussions. A notice should describe the dispute, relevant facts, requested resolution, and sender’s contact details, and be sent to support@unleashiq.ai.

If unresolved, courts of competent jurisdiction in Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Either party may seek urgent injunctive or protective relief for misuse of intellectual property, confidential information, systems, or security.

26. Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not access or use the Website in violation of trade restrictions, sanctions, export controls, or other cross-border technology laws. You are responsible for lawful use in your location.

27. Severability

If a provision is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

28. No Waiver

A failure or delay in enforcement does not waive our right to enforce that or another provision later. Any waiver must be expressly written by an authorized Unleash IQ representative.

29. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written approval. Unleash IQ may assign them in connection with a merger, restructuring, asset sale, affiliate transfer, or similar corporate transaction.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and notices expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement governing use of the public Website. They do not replace or modify a signed customer, partner, employment, confidentiality, or service agreement.
